Celebrating Community: Fall Festivals Powered by H-E-B Helping Here

From joyful gatherings to essential grocery support, partnerships like H-E-B Helping Here enable Texas Housing Conservancy to build stronger, healthier communities for working families.

Texas Housing Conservancy proudly celebrated two successful Fall Festivals this October, made possible through the generous support of H-E-B Helping Here. These events brought joy and connection to our residents while reinforcing our mission to preserve workforce housing across Texas.

The first festival took place at Twelve100 Apartments in North Austin, managed by ZRS Management, and the second at Retreat at North Bluff in South Austin, managed by the Tipton Group. Together, these celebrations served more than 115 residents, creating vibrant community experiences filled with laughter and fun. Families enjoyed bouncy houses, offerings from local food trucks, and incredible entertainment provided by Kiwis Party, a small Austin business whose talented team delivered stunning face painting and balloon artistry that delighted children and adults alike.

H-E-B’s support extends far beyond these festivals. Their funding will help stock our Conservancy Cupboards at six properties throughout the year, ensuring residents have access to essential grocery staples. Additionally, this partnership will sustain our regular fresh grocery distribution events across our portfolio, addressing critical food needs for working families.

As we look ahead, Texas Housing Conservancy is actively expanding with an acquisitions pipeline in Austin, San Antonio, and the DFW market. Knowing we have strong partnerships with organizations like H-E-B gives us the confidence and resources to continue our vital work of preserving workforce housing and supporting the communities that make Texas thrive.
